Another Next rant
A few of you may remember my Next rant from before, If not here it is:
"I am :mad: ! Its the first time I've ordered from Next online and I would like to say never again, although I know I will . Firstly, the clothes I ordered were left hanging from my hanging baskets in full view of my road, they didn't even attempt to ring/knock as MR C was in all day working from home & only discovered them when he went outside to water aforementioned hanging baskets. Secondly they have sent the wrong size for one of the pairs of trousers. Finally when I got home last night I found a rather sorry looking catalogue, which to be honest doesn't bother me that much, what does bother me was that the letter with my customer details on was on the floor outside my front door with it, surely they could have just put it through the letter box."
I eventually recieved a letter of apology & £20 Goodwill gesture credited to my account which I was very pleased with.
However I need some trousers for work so I logged on & checked my balance to see if the money had been credited to find I owe them money (I sent everything back apart from I pair of trousers which were in the sale & paid the outstanding bal in full) So I phone up customer services & after being passed from person to person I eventually got told they have only received part of my order back & to phone them again when I receive my statement. I am not a happy bunny & I want to order some clothes for work & am really put off. by it all.

I have had a bit of a palava with them receently too. They sent me a statement at the beginning of the week which said I was £600 in credit! :confused: I then received another on yesterday that says that I owe them £4 :rolleyes:
I need to have a sit down and go through my statements and try and see if it is right.
Elm did you manage to sort your statements out?
I received mine yesterday, only half the stuff I sent back was taken off my bill, but they were in the same package!:( Am going to write to them with copies of my proof of postage. Also do you know what the service charge is for as that baffled me!

Hi Cornetto - sorry to about all your trouble, sounds like a right pain in the a**.
Can someone tell me please if your account details are attached to the catalogue that next sends. Only Mr C has an account and two catalogues have gone missing in the last month and after reading this I am concerned that someone may have his details. Thanks.
They were in a seperate envelope Clairemazza which was why I was so annoyed they were left on my door step instead of put through the letter box so hopefully he'll be ok. Hope you OH gets his catalogue.:)
