Lush - delivery problems?
I want to buy one of the huge overnight biker bags from Lush but remember seeing threads about problems with delivery... I've checked Natalie on ebay but she only has one of the new style ones in black which wasn't what I was after. Is it worth taking the risk?
Also does anyone else have this bag? Is it good quality?
I dont remember any threads about delivery, but I do remember threads about quality and service problems direct from lush. Sorry, I know this isnt any help to your original question but may be useful all the same!
Yes, I think most people who complained had issues with poor quality and Lush ignoring any emails regarding that.
Hmmmm I wonder if it's worth taking the chance. I really want a overnight type bag to take with me on a long haul flight and the massive biker would be perfect and they've also reduced them.
I know people have has problems with the Stam and Spy bags from there but I don't remember anything about the bikers... :uzzle:
I've been keeping an eye out for a medium chocolate brown Spy on Ebay, and have come across dickie111, who seem to be pretty good and were helpful when I emailed them. They also have a website which they sell their bags on, but they generally go for less on Ebay.
Might be worth a look though.
