Paypal refund problem
Can anyone help - please. After a long email saga - Macattire refunded my payment via paypal on 2/3 January. However the money still hasn't been refunded to my credit card. Paypal won't allow me to raise a dispute and my credit card company apparently can't do anything. Has anyone experience this or have any advice?
I suppose I am concerned because a previous refund from the HKBL was instant and this payment isn't

This sounds really stupid I know but it would go into your Paypal account first rather than straight into your credit card account wouldn't it?
ET correct annoying typo.
It appears to be sitting in my paypal account but not going back to the credit card and I don't understand why. The last transaction was an update from Macattire, which was an instant refund to my paypal account.
This is only the 2nd time I have used Paypal, so am a bit concerned.
You have to go to the Withdraw option in Paypal and then select the Transfer funds to your bank account option. After you do that it takes about a week to show up in your bank account.
Serendipity - sorry forgot to say thank you last time. I was confused because I didn't have to do that last time, the payment was refunded automatically to my credit card. The transaction was instant after the HKBL refunded a payment to me.
