What colours do they come in? I've only seen the black, brown and red ones...

Those shoes in your picture were on sale late 2004 - early 2005 in brown and black. I bought both at the time for £8 each.
I have the slams in a mushroom-y colour. And those brown/cream shoes are old stock but I'll send you a PM....
