Ebay question
Hello all! Can anyone help me...basically I won a pair of shoes last Wednesday night on Ebay and as usual when I won, I paid straight away and sent a message asking if they could let me know when they are going to send it so I can work out when it should arrive. Anyway, its nearly a week, 2 ebay messages and 1 email later and I still haven't heard anything from her or seen hide nor hair of the shoes. What do I do??!!
Have you checked her feedback? How did you pay?
I would wait another three-to- five days; then after that, try to contact her once more - perhaps by phone if she has left a number? - but if you are still having no luck, to raise a dispute (which can only be raised 10 days after the auction has ended).

Her feedback is 100% and I payed by Paypal. I thought maybe she was away but usually people mention that in the listing.
Grrrr....I guess I am just pissed because I wanted them for the weekend. :(

I'm trying my hardest not to get angry in my messages to her aswell! TRYING to stay polite even though it's really annoying.
Yeah, that's pretty crappy that she isn't responding. However, there is some reassurance in her feedback and in also how you paid - Paypal are very good with refunds and tend to favor the buyer.
