Baxters - do they stretch?
Question:

Baxters - do they stretch?
I bought a pair of black Baxters today from TS and it's the first time I've actually bought the Baxters so I need your advice.....
How badly do they stretch? I bought the 30 waist and they fit my tum perfectly  and I don't have a bit of muffin top - but they are a little big under my bum and at the tops of my legs and I really don't want them to get any bigger there as it defeats the object of skinny jeans!!
What are your experiences ladies? Should I just take them back?

Answers:

My advice is wear them with a LONG top, mine are ridiculous around the waist, and show my entire underwear when I sit down! They stayed alright in the legs though.

Agreed!
I even had to start referring to mine as "butt-jeans" because of this problem; I wonder whether it's best to go a size down with Baxters to keep them up. A good belt is essential!
Apart from that though, mine have kept their shape pretty well. Not bad quality at all, really.

Mine stretched awfully - I would advise getting a size you think is too small, because I'm constantly having to hitch mine up or wear a belt really tight with them - they are really baggy on my bum and tops of my legs too!
I'd take them back and get the 28 :)

thanks for your replies ladies! I tried on the 28's and I couldn't even get them all the way up :o - it was very strange though because all my other jeans are 28 waists and, although I get a muffin top, they fit me perfectly on my legs!
I have slim legs but I just figured that they were just too big for the 28's!! :boohoo: And I didn't want to buy a pair of jeans that I can't wear :(
Is there another shop that has got black skinny jeans in at the moment?
