Make me feel less guilty
I am supposed to be going to my spinning class later on, in fact am booked on it, but my legs hurt and feel stiff from the rest of my gym efforts this week, and it's TOTM...
... although really those are just excuses and I want to go shopping this morning without having to worry about coming home for it. Tell me it's okay ;)
If your legs hurt and you're not feeling well you could do some serious damage at a spin class :nono:
It would be much better for you to go for a gentle stroll, perhaps around the shops? ;)

I think it's a slightly hysterical reaction to turning 27 and Mr Shiny walking around the house singing "closer to 30 than 20" :lol: (and he turns 41 this month the cheeky git!)
