Right dudes! I haven't a clue about A/W 06 please help!
Hi there,
I have been enjoying wearing casual skirts, linen pants, vests, sandals, etc so much that I didn't even bother to check out whats coming up for A/W. Basically, all I know is that mustard is in, which I like the look of in a very small dose.
I want some boots because it has been raining loads (still can't believe we are still just in August, this time last year I was breezing about in linen pants....) but I haven't the foggiest what boots are stylish or whatever.
What jeans are in? Tops? Jackets? Coats?
Please kind people give me a summary of what in, so when I go shopping I'll havesome sort of idea! Oh and also, I don't have much wintery clothes in my wardrobe at all, it's just all summery stuff as I ebayed most of my winter stuff when I was poor lol.

Its all androgynous this season so if you like to wear trousers and skirts make sure they have some stucture, the straight cut look is very in.
As for coats/jackets the same goes blazers with a twist and pea coats/cropped trenches are still supposed to be hot.
As for colours like you say mustard (or charteuse i think its called!) but its also about grey! Ooh and patterns like tweed and tartan are back.

Man cuts are very in, but with a feminine touch. For example, wide leg trousers with a suit jacket but a ruffled blouse. Also grey is huge this season as is mustard, dog tooth and patent. Chanel style quilted bags with chain handles are meant to be very in. Ankle boots are also huge this season. Black sknny jeans are also going to be a good investment as apparently they are going to be big this winter aswell. Volume is also going stay a major trend, so baggy jumpers and puffball skirts are good. I think its a choice between very sharply cut suits and very androgynous, or very voluminous. XXX
