I received this email whilst at work yesterday and thought I better warn everyone on here. This is very scary stuff. I don't know if there are any vets on this board that could advise about the drug mentioned.

Sounds like a hoax to me, see e.g. this and this site about urban legends . The drug "Progesterex" does not exist.
I've seen loads of these so called "chain mails" - I always delete them. Frightening as they are (and yes it does happen ie, Rohypnol based date rape) the people behind them are often just scare-mongering and that's what keeps the chain going.
