Question:
Flat shoes...
Hello
Just wondering if you guys have any bright ideas... I just started a new job in a bookshop and am allowed to wear pretty much what I want as long as it's smart but obviously as I'm on my feet most of the time the shoes need to be flat or at least low-heeled. That irritates me as I'm really into heels atm and SO bored of ballerina flats. Has anyone seen some nice flat shoes lately that aren't ballerinas? I'd like something quite smart and trendy looking, not more than £50ish. Would really appreciate any ideas!
Thanks :)
ETA: Quite like some on the Barrats website actually....
I too am after flats that aren't ballerinas!
Pointy toed flats? Take a look in New Look if so, they usually have some. There are one or two pairs on the Miss S website as well. I'm quite taken with these, although how practical they would be in the winter is another matter!

New Look... can't believe I didn't think of that! I will have a look there sometime, thanks.
Hmm, winter... now that didn't even cross my mind. I always just wear boots in the winter, so not sure how I'll wear shoes without freezing my feet off!

Could you not wear boots under trousers?
There are some nice flats on the Office website.
