ebay dilema
I bought a lush balenciaga copy on ebay last Weds and it still hasn't arrived. I emailed her and she said she sent it either sat morning or monday morning (she couldn't remember which batch as apparantly she was selling 20 items at the same time) Now surely it would have come by now? She mentioned she was sending it from jersey so i'm giving her the benefit of the doubt by a couple extra days but I looked at her feedback and noticed a couple items she sold at the same finishing time as my bag had already arrived to their destinations, so am i right in feeling annoyed my bag hasn't arrived yet? How long should I wait before I report her or get my money back? actually, how do i get my money back lol!
Have you checked with the post office sorting office? The same thing has happened to me a couple of times and each time the postman had taken it back to the depot but 'forgotten' to leave a red card to tell me. It might be worth a try... I think you can get the number for your local office from the Royal Mail website.

I'm from Jersey - and our post can be very slow some times - and lately the weather has been awful so a lot of flights and boats (which we rely on to ship our post out) have been delayed or cancelled. Ask if it were a recorded delivery - perhaps wait a few more days and then raise a dispute?
If there is the posibility that she posted it on monday then i would waited untill next monday to be on the safe side, it should def of come in a week. Did you pay for just normal royal mail post or was it recorded/special delivery? if she should of got a tracking number and be able to see where your item is.
If it comes to it you can report your item not received, although i'm afraid i'm not sure what happens next as i havent had to do this yet!

Leave a little more time for it to arrive and do check with the delivery office as agrippina mentioned.
If there's no luck with that then see if the seller can offer a replacement.
If not, if you paid via PayPal you can file a claim to try get as much of your money back as you can. If you paid via credit card via PP then I think your CC company should offer some sort of protection, so contact them too to see if they can help you out.
