Question:
Bank holiday weekend thread!!
I know it's only Wednesday but I'm sure everyone's got exciting bank holiday weekend plans!
I'm staying in to do pre-holiday nails etc on Friday night. Flying out to Nice earlyish on Saturday morning, will be trying to dress appropriately for the north-east of England and the south of France at the same time, might wear grey misfits, white-striped 3/4 sleeved t shirt and silver flip flops. When we arrive will probably be changing into a turquoise beaded melissa odabash bikini with a zebra print bandeau dress and white havaiainas to check out the rooftop pool and have a look around Nice. Will find somewhere for a nice meal and a few drinks on Saturday night, might wear a lilac diesel ruffled assymetric skirt, grey backless vest top and silver flip flops.
Sunday will probably have a bit of a lie in then more sunbathing/ wandering around. Will wear white ruched melissa odabash bikini with black bandeau dress over the top and havaiainas again. Sunday night we'll be looking for a nice romantic restaurant because it's our first anniversary. Possibly going to wear black flarey all saints cotton skirt with silk waistband, a bronzey lurex slouchy jumper and black patent/ bronze snakeskin vintage peeptoes.
For some reason, we don't get the Bank Holiday in my office (possibly because we get a different one instead!). But I am taking a half day holiday and going shopping with my little sis :D Hopefully my credit card will arrive in time, or it'll be a very frugal trip! Won't be wearing anything interesting, because I'll have come from work - probably a black shift dress, skinny patent belt, leopard print heels, chunky bangle of some description and a black jacket.
This weekend will involve, er, studying and flat cleaning. And some Pilates and weights. So not particularly different from every other weekend this past six months or so! I might try to get to see A Scanner Darkly at some point though, and wear my new dress with the mad print :D

lovely outfits guys- are they the same shoes as me Karina (the office ones?) have a good holiday. I need a black shift too Geek.
I was going camping with my boy, but chances are we're going to stay at home now. Really can't be doing with this in-betweeny weather, I refuse to accept it's not summer anymore. boo hiss!
Probably going to do long walks and lazy afternoons for lunch in pubs & go out for dinner a few nights. It's the boys B'day on Monday! Got from Friday at noon til Sept 6th off work, so I expect that's why the weather's gone crapola- sorry.......
oooh I've got a wedding next Friday too- so it's the light blue dress (which is really pale aqua as my mummy pointed out, so we decided on the dull gold ribbon rather than navy which would have looked great if my dress had been blue- thanks for the tip girls), snakey shoes & clutch- gonna get a bright bangle at some point- mr dollyd will be pleased - NOT!
Then some footie/post wedding thingy the next day- god knows what I'll wear to that though. :(
Well Friday and Saturday I’m not up to much at all really. Maybe a bit of shopping because I get paid on Friday and I need some new black trousers.
Sunday morning I will be making my usual trip to the local car boot and then I’ll be driving down to Milton Keynes to see my OH and in the evening we are off to London to a rave.
Monday will be spent chilling out and I have taken Tuesday off work so I can have an extended weekend which will be nice.
As for clothes I have no idea what I will be wearing! I will decide about 10 minutes before I leave the house no doubt :lol:
Lucky lucky you karina - sounds wonderful and am absolutely jealous! Your all saints skirt outfit sounds gorgeous too.
For the first time ever on this thread i haven't a single plan :(
My friends are away as are my mum and sis - guess that means a shopping trip on my own which is just too dangerous after getting paid.
Hopefully will have something to add to this thread nearer friday -fingers crossed!
