Bra sizes

I'm not sure if im posting this in the right place but here goes - i was wondering how do i measure myself for a bra... I'm way too embarassed to go into a store for someone else to do it and i know im wearing the wrong size right now.

There's really nothing embarrassing about getting measured - you have your clothes on.

There's nothing embarrassing about getting measured for a bra in a shop - M&S are very good. Properly trained bra assistants have seen breasts of every shape and size possible, so NOTHING phases them, and they will get you sorted no matter how long it takes to get the right fit and that matches the sort of bra you are after.
Dont get me started on bra sizes!!!! :rant: Was after a gel Wonderbra however... they dont do a DD cup size WTF :rant: :rant: Annoyed was not the word!!!
Apologies for the hijack fairlady :o The only word of advice I would give you is go when its quietish, possibly a Sunday morning. Then you have more time to get it right.

I used the link and it came up with 46d im currently wearing 44dd and er thats too small - isnt a d smaller than a dd?
A D is smaller than a DD but theres some trick that means if you go up in a cup size, you go down in the back size - or maybe it's the other way round, I can't remember! So depending on what way round it is, you might be okay with that size!
