Lush Fashions - Beware - Don't purchase from them
I have yet to receive satisfaction with regards the black chain quilted snap bag that I purchased from Lush Fashions on 23rd February 2006. It is now 3rd July 2006. I have sent in excess of 30 emails from my email account, a different email account and through the link on the webpage. In the middle of all this they promised me a new bag and apologised for the delay in response. To date I have received nothing.
The bag I received had a tear/hole underneath the clasp which from what I can see is just going to continue to tear with use. The leather has completely come away from the frame of the bag. The snap itself does not close properly, it is very loose and pops open very easily. Of course, this renders the chain shoulder strap completely useless. The red lining also stained a number of my items but I could get over that.
Despite being a good customer of theirs with 4 previous purchases they have continued to ignore their promise of a new bag. I even suggested a cheaper bag in compensation after a few months as I just wanted this resolved. I forked out €133.51 EUR for this bag and it's just sitting in my room. The most expensive ornament I have ever bought.
So my advice to you is to buy nothing from them because you will never receive any satisfaction. I'm not one to complain but I'm at the end of tether here. If they are going to treat a customer of 5 purchases like this - they are willing to do it to anyone. Take your business elsewhere.

I am starting to think I was very lucky with my purchase but with some people on here letting us know about the terrible service they have received, I don't think I'll be using them again.:(
I'm not sure what to suggest really Clarice. Maybe e-mail this link to them so they know you are telling other people of your bad experience?

I'd used the 'luckily Ive never had any problems' approach too but like Karma it always comes back to bite you in the ass.
What's really annoying me is that I wanted a couple more of their bags but I just can't get over their appaling customer service. Totally ripped off. :(
