I got a parcel today with a hoody and a hat (I'm not a thug honestly!) anyway, I sent the hat back with the dispatch note and obviously used the returns slip I got and have no note of the number.
Now I've decided I want to send the hoody back aswell- but I don't have a receipt!
Any ideas?
The order number will be in your confirmation email, so phone Zoom and see if they'll send you another returns label. I got a parcel from them today with no returns label (unless I managed to lose it within two seconds of opening the parcel), so hopefully they'll send spares!

Herein lies the problem, I wrecklessly delete all my emails. Luckily my laptop saves everything I type so managed to see the web order number in the drop down box on zooms returns and get the returns authorisation number.
I need a new sticker though? Is it that 0870 number?
