Shoe crime
Question:

Shoe crime
  Argh...how embarassing...
Was on the tube at lunch, minding my own business, when the train jerked suddenly so I stepped backwards - basically to prevent myself from falling over .
Only unfortunately I accidentally stepped onto the (Jesus-sandalled) toe of a woman who then proceeded to yelp in pain for a good five minutes!
I apologised profusely but she just ignored me and meanwhile the rest of the carriage gawped to see the offending footwear - black suede vintage courts with heels (but not that bad ones!) :o :o :o
Oh dear, not quite sure what the point of this little story was but just felt the need to share!
PB :o

 Oh, you poor thing, I bet you felt so bad :( Can't believe this woman ignored you when you offered your apologies  :meh: Don't feel bad, at least you had better shoes than her :p

Oh no! I stood on my friend's toe once in stilettos and she actually cried with the pain... I felt so guilty, even though it was a total accident.
At least you apologised though... and I think that was quite rude of her to ignore you, even if she was in pain!

To be honest, she sounds like a bit of a drama queen to me, yelping so much, and rude to have ignored you.

If it makes you feel better I once damaged the soft wood floor of a customers premises with my shoes because they needed re-heeling :head:
I used to really fancy one of the guys there but was too mortified to show my face again :o
