What's you High Street brand of choice?
I'd say mine's Rimmel as I've been buying products from their range for years.
Their mascaras are really good!
I also love Bourjois (for eyeshadows) and Boots 17 are brilliant too-some great shadows, and, again, their mascaras are surprisingly good!

I'd say Natural Collection in Boots and Rimmel, because the prices are cheap and the products I use are good quality.
maybelline or collection 2000 i find are quite good. i like maybelline mascaras and their mousse blush. collection 2000 do a cheap clear mascara and a really nice nudey pink lipliner which are bargainous!
My favourites are Collection 2000 and MaxFactor - I've found they're even cheaper on eBay too! I love a bargain :)
