Question:
Applying eyeshadow wet...
Hi everyone
I've heard that applying eyeshadow with a wet brush increases it's staying power and it's less likely to crease. But I'm not sure how to do it - do I need a dry layer over the top to 'set it' like foundation?
Am intrigued as to whether it works!

i have a set from guerlain of wet and dry eyeshadows which can also be used as an eyeliner - i use the brush dry to transfer into the little ceramic bowl that has one drop of water and mix then apply ontop of eyeliner thats a similar colour - havent used it as an eyeshadow as am a bit frightened because they are really bold colours!
I just wet the brush and dip in the shadowthen apply.
That usuall does thee trick but then I do have on a neutral shadow as a base.
Manc Lass, I have the same set! I've used the pink colour with water to create an irediscent eyeshadow. It looks really pretty!
I tried this for the first time today, I just wet the brush, and put my shimmery green eyeshadow on as eyeliner, and it looks great and stays on much better! It usually just floats around..
