Question:
When did you start wearing/being interested in make up?
I was 13. I remember having bits and pieces from Rimmel and Natural Collection, and loving experimenting.
Although I never wore make up regularly, not until around my late teens.
I started wearing it when I was about 13 as well I think, to varying degree's of success :o I had a bit of an obsession with purple and blue eyeshadow hehe
It all started from when I was really little maybe 4 or 5 and I was given some dressing up type make up and I was determined I wanted to wear it to school, so much so that my mum had to hide it in a really high cupboard so I would go to school looking like a clown!!
I think I was about 13 when my mum encouraged me to start having my eyelashes tinted. I was a bit shy about make-up then and felt really tarty, even if I had the slightest amount of mascara on!
Then, at around 14 make-up became a necessity really, because my skin started to go down the plug hole (not literally), so started to use concealer.
When I was 16 (10 yrs ago :eek: ) I started wearing foundation, blusher and mascara full-time and my addiction for make-up in general started! I love it!
