Question:
Please tell me this is worth it!!
I'm about to order:
Dermalogica PreCleanse
Dermalogica Skin Kit Normal/Oily (because I want the special cleansing gel and active moist and thought this would be a cheaper way of trying them out for a while)
Dermalogica Multivitamin Power Firm Lips and Eyes
And it comes to £60.12  on Beauty Flash which seems to be the cheapest. I have been using some samples of these products for over a week and they seem to be improving my skin but it seems so much money to spend on skincare!
Please someone tell me I'm doing the right thing because my o/h won't understand (most men don't do they!).
If you have oily/combination skin then the special cleansing gel is great. I have oily/spot prone skin and this is the best cleanser I've ever used. I've tried loads of well known high end brands. In my opinion Dermalogica is the best for oily skin.
I have active moist but didn't find it did much to be honest. Although I almost never wear moisturiser. I know the rule is that you should always moisturise even if you have oily skin. I just can't do it though. As soon as I apply moisturiser I can feel my skin getting greasy. I can't get past the fact I'm adding oil to my skin. So in fairness I never gave it a proper try. With the active moist though. That was more to do with it not moisturising enough, not with it being too greasy/oily. Although given the chance, over time it might be very good . Although like I said, I found with it that it didn't really moisturise my skin at all. I just gave it that weird powdery feeling that oily skin moisturisers do.
Sorry, I haven't tried the precleanse or the power firm.
Hope if you do order that the products work for you. Good luck :)
Honeysuckle why dont you just buy the kit first to see how you get on with it, then when you are happy that Dermalogica works for your skin, invest in the other products, least that way you not spending lots all at once!
hope it works for you

I love the Precleanse and Special Cleansing gel, but I'm not overly keen on their moisturisers or toners - although I do love their boosters. I quite like Powerfirm but have found other products that work better.
I would try to avoid using a whole load of new products at once, as you won't know what is or isn't working for you.

That's what I'm concerned about - my skin is definitely better after using the samples but I don't want to spend all that money if its only really one of them that's making the difference if you see what I mean! I think I will just get the starter kit with the special cleansing gel and the moisturiser in it and then get the other things later if I need them!
Thanks for all your opinions!
