why
do i pick and prod and put things on my skin when it looks better:confused: :cmdunno:
Put some retin A cream onto my marks to help get rid of them and now i have large bright red brn style marks on my face:cmdunno:
Ohh and ive gained 3 new spots:boohoo:
I look a mess and seeing a mate after 2 years this weekend...fooking upset:boohoo:
Ahhh poke-it, sorry to read this :( Unfortunately, life is very unfair sometimes.
I'm sure you know this, but put some Sudocrem on the spots, it should clear them up in time for the weekend.
For the burn, try Savlon - I swear by this - Cured my allergic reaction in a matter of days.
Drink lots of water to flush out the toxins.
Use a deep cleansing mask to draw out the impurities.

Another recc for sudocrem for the spots, its amazing - a fellow bagger reccommended it when i was a student going through a bad skin phase, and it sorted out my zits super quick... and works on my eczema
Its also very cheap, smells alright and as you only need a tiny amount, a small pot lasts forever

maybe im doing it wrong....do i leave a big blob on the spot or just rub a bit in?
I never rub it in - Just enough to cover the spot fully and the surrounding area.
