OMG! Dove summerglow feels like acid on my skin!!

Have been using this all summer, every couple of days, just put some on now and my arms have reacted, gone bright red, burning and puffy!
What should i do???
wash it off!
Yeah, came to that conclusion myself after my initial panic!!
Really weird how it has suddenly done that - the same bottle and everything!
Are you taking any medication? Have you used anything else on your skin? If you put anything else on your skin does it burn?
No, everything has been the same, my body wash and everything. I used Vaseline Intensive care essential moisturiser first, which i have always done - haven't out anything else on yet, feeling a bit too tender to!
