Question:
help me find my HG's pleeease
me again:D
im 26 and havent found any of my HG products yet,im hoping you girls could help me find them, and maybe it will help others too.
im looking for absolutely everything!
skin type-extremely sensitive, very dry/dehydrated/damaged barrier(from using too many different products and brands!),but also acne prone(bad combination ay)
body skin-dry,sensitive,itchy prone to spots on chest and back
hair-dry/damaged,porous,quite frizzy,very itchy sometimes flaky scalp,feels greasy/dirty quickly(another bad combination)
shall i jump off a cliff now?:(
HELP!
I know you have extremely sensitive skin so I'll try my best!
Skincare: Right so Elemis, Dermalogica and Liz Earle are out. How about trying Neals Yard? The vitamin E and avocado cream is extremely gentle and very hydrating. Its light too so it shouldnt cause spots.
Body: I have dermatitis and the only product that helps clear it is the body shops cocoa body butter. It sinks into the skin straight away and it leaves my skin soft and looking health. Palmers cocoa butter and shea butter are also very good. The body shop scrubs are also great for softening skin and getting rid of all those dead skin cells.
Hair: I have wavy hair, never dyed it in my life and its very thick. I use Matrix sleek look shampoo and conditioner and the redken all soft heavy cream when it feels dehydrated. Styling products I use are Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum which is great for use with straighteners. Ive got so many styling products on the go right now but the ones I always go back to are Paul Mitchell Gloss Drops, which fights frizz and adds shine and Paul Mitchell The Shine which like the name suggests adds shine but it also tames flyaway hair.
Hope that helps

paulas choice BHA lotion is my HG, I have acne too and it works really well.
For hair, paul mitchell super skinny serum as it leaves my hair amazingly soft - unlike anything i've tried
MAc painterly is the best eyeshadow i've ever tried as it lasts all day
I love lush angels on bare skin cleanser to keep my skin soft and smooth, plus a weekly mask of magnaminty

right ill take a look at neals yard then, dont their products contain lanolin?
also id feel a bit naughty using something like my aqueous to cleanse then a moisturiser from a brand that doesnt agree with petrochemical ingredients!id worry the 2 lots of ingredients will clash
TBS boddy butters were ok for me in past, but sometimes irritated, maybe ill give them another go
matrix are actually owned by loreal,a brand that i seem to always react to so ill have to give that a miss, redken is also a loreal brand
