Question:
Red lipgloss
I really want a red lipgloss. But am worried about it making my teeth look yellow?
Can anyone reccomend a good one that I can get in Boots, not too expensive, are the bourjois ones any good?
I got a Rimmel one, can't remember the exact name of it, but it's in Boots anyway. It's a lipgloss that has a brush applicator similar to the Bourjois ones, and is a really juicy red, and has a minty tingling effect meant to be for plumping the lips, I do have to say once it is on I did feel as though it made my lips look bigger, don't know whether it was due to the vast expanse of red across the lips or what...
Anyway, lasts for ages and was around a fiver, brilliant

Oh, it is also a blue toned red rather than pink/yellow toned so will make your teeth look really white!

Hi racheljane007!
Once I was addicted to red glosses, and I really loved Chanel Christelle Lipgloss - it's such a beautiful red, but I'm afraid maybe it's a bit too expensive?
There's nice red (without pigments) ones by Bourjois, namely Effect 3D Cocktail:

But pick the colour carefully, I cannot use pure red anymore because my skin got tanned and red looks dirty with my skin tone :boohoo: If you are pale and your skin's blue/pink-ish, you can pull red like tomato. But if your skin contains yellow/peach tone or you are tanned, I recommend to use red with peachy tone.
Hope this helps :)
Hello!
I have used a nice one by Ruby and Millie, it was a lovely cherry red and didn't make my teeth look yellow at all. I am pale and this colour suited me well (or I thought so anyway!). It was in packaging similar to the Stila glosses, but with about twice as much product in it for half the price!
