Exfoliation and Holiday...
Hey, I am just wondering what the best exfoliation regime is to ensure a nice tan is gained and maintained (I'm a poet and I know it :D )... I'm going away on Sunday and have been exfoliating lightly a couple of days a week (as usual); filling in the gap days with lots of moisturisation, but I've also had a serious scrubbing sesh with a very grainy sugar scrub once a week for a few weeks now. Should I carry on with the light exfoliation a couple of times a week whilst away, and when I come home? Should I steer clear of the heavy duty stuff until my tan has already faded? Any advice is greatly received x
I don't exfoilate much if I'm in a hot country and working on a tan but I have fair, sensitive skin so exfoiltating in the sun upsets it.
You can buy tan extenders or after sun with low levels of fake tan in. I like Ambre Solaire Hydrating Tan Mantainer, it's a good after sun and it doesn't look fake once the slight fake tan has built up with your natural tan:)
