Please help my skin!
My skin is driving me mad!
I am suffering with an oily T zone, well, a bit oily all over really. I am currently using revlon colourstay make up for oily/combination skin and loreal true match powder.
During the day mymake up starts to feel like a mask, and if I look closely I can see the powder kind of clumping together (does that make sense??!!) It is feeling like an oil slick and is making me want to scratch it all off!
Can anyone recommend a foundation/powder that will help and stay put all day? I am not too concerned about cost (although £20 for foundation would be about my limit as I have bought expensive ones before and then thrown them out). I am looking for good coverage that will last all day.
(I am interested in body shop make up - does anyone know what this is like??)

Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation and also they have recently added a powder to the line aswell.
It's really good stuff, lasts all day and is light but very good coverage. I have an oily T-Zone too!
I've tried then all recently and the only one that works is Double Wear.

Have you tried blotting papers to get rid of the grease? Superdrug do some for just over a pound, and I think they're better than powder for absorbing grease.
I was thinking that you also need to change your moisturiser.
I would use something like Clinique Dramatically Different. I live in Cyprus at the mo, and my skin gets really shiny as the day goes on as it gets hotter and hotter, and I use a spot of this on top of either the nivea and l'oreal ones ... depending whats in the shop!
Or Nivea Oil Free Moisturising Fluid. It says.. Designed to moisturise and control the shine of normal and combination skin. Contains Witch Hazel and Allantoin for intensive long-lasting hydration. A UVA/UVB filter in conjunction with Vitamin E also helps protect your skin against light induced premature skin ageing. check out www.nivea.co.uk

I wondered if the moisturiser was to blame actually, I have been using Simple light moisturiser, but I wonder if it is still too heavy.
I have heard a lot about Estee Lauder double wear, but am always scared of going to counters!!!! I may just have to be brave and bite the bullet!
