Argh! Eyeliner...
Hi,
I bought the Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner after reading about it on here, and I liked it because it stayed on all day and didn't smudge. But, I tried to sharpen it and its turned into a complete mess! Its won't sharpen properly (can't get it into a point) and its gone so smudgy its unusable!
I just wondered if there's anything I can do to save it? I tried sharpening it with scissors but that didn't work either :cmdunno:
Not too sure, but perhaps stick it in a fridge to harden it before sharpening? HTH.
How are you meant to sharpen them then? I need to do mine but dont want to wreck it.
Weird, you're the second person to have a problem. I've gone through about 10 and never had this happen. Perhaps they've changed the formula? (for the love of god NOOOOOO) Or maybe its a bad batch? :cmdunno:
I use a decent eyeliner sharpener and can always get it to a point. Have to say that the dark rusty brown one is a lot softer than the others, but black, baked, covet and honey have all been fine.
I'd take it back and demonstrate the problem.
I might take it back but I'll give the fridge thing a try first.
