Question:
Spots On Back- Argh!
Help!
This has happened to me a few times over the years, but my back has broken out really badly
I came off dianette a few months ago which might be behind it.
Thing is it's my birthday next week and we're going clubbing a week sat, and I have a lbd ready to wear... can anyone suggest a product or something which might help sort the situation?
Hi
I think its probably an hormonal issue due to you coming of dianette but I read somewhere that it was because your not drinking enough water. i'm not sure about this, but it might be worth drinking more and see if that helps?
I suppose (apart from keep your fingers crossed) all you can do is use a gentle cleanser on your back (i just use done soap for sensitive skin) and wear clothes that let your skin breathe in this warm weather so you don't sweat and block any more skin pores.
I find germalene and taking a zinc supplement also helps heal up open spots quickly
Ohh also try not to let it stress you out (easier said than done though).
I find i get spots when i'm stressed, and if I'm waiting for an event to occur and constantly anxious about making sure I don't have a spot on the day - one will always appear!
I'm so rubbish at drinking water- I'll get a big bottle and try and keep it up. I think you're right about the hormones. Germalene eh? Interesting. I'll see is Boots has it.
Hi lucy.
Clinque have got a new product out especially for spots on back and chest, but it can be used for all over the body.
Its a spray and easy to apply, and even works upside down!

You can buy it from debenhams for £13.00 or ebay for cheaper.
Witch hazel is great if you can get someone to wipe it over your back after you get out the shower. Follow with Ketsugo spray, and it should soon clear things up.
