Question:
MAC Foundations
I finally converted to MAC foundation last month but I'm not very impressed. The SA recommended the Select SPF 15 but I don't really like the coverage & I don't think it lasts very long on my skin. I was thinking of trying the Studio Fix Fluid instead. Does anyine know if this gives better coverage?
I also got the Select Sheer Pressed Powder but was thinking about trying the Studio Fix - would this be too much with the Studio Fix Fluid?
I very recently converted to Mac too and I have the Studio Fix fluid - I think the coverage is great and the assistant told me not to bother with a powder at all as it's quite a matt finish.
While I love MAC for things like eyeshadows, blushers, powders, concealers, glosses and eyeliner I never got along with their foundations or mascaras so I buy these else where.
I don't use mac foundations either, i just think they are a bit heavy looking on the skin, I like mine extremely natural but still with nice coverage.

I can't get along with MAC foundations either which is a shame as their lippies, eyeshadows and blushers are great. I found them either too light in coverage and had slipped off my slipped off my face by 10am or too heavy (Studio Fix compact). I swear by Blot powder to keep the shinies at bay. Don't think I'll ever deviate from Lily Lolo to be honest.....
