Arrrgh dumb MAC SA!
Went to Selfriges to get my B2M lippy yesterday and she's gone and given me the wrong lipstick!!!
I just remembered "my new toy" and was about to write on the "What did you buy.." thread and just took it out of my bag to check the name (forgot to take it out last night) and have just realised she's given me the wrong one!
Arrrgh I'm gonna have to go back to Selfridges after work and hope they swap it for me - cos I have no box, they keep it for their records! Grrr! :rolleyes:
Biaatchhhes too busy chatting, when they actually get off their backsides to do some work...they go and give you the wrong shade !You'd think that they would get the most important bit right.....:rolleyes:

Ah no! Sorry Caramel! You know I have this problem alot when I visit the Bluewater counter. The last couple of times Ive been the SAs have given me the wrong type of blusher (asked for a cream blusher and she put a powder one in my bag). Should really check but I shouldnt have to!
It was really busy yesterday evening and an arguement was starting in the queue but I told her the shade really clearly! She was prob too busy watching the customers argue!!
I wanted to go straight home after work today :rolleyes:
This happened to me with a foundation from Clinique! Somehow I lost the receipt and they wouldn't change it! I had to sell it for far less than I bought it for, and it really made me MAD! I was so angry about it that I haven't bought another Clinique product since.
