Question:
Help me find a suitable exfoliant please
My beautician said I need something a bit more creamy/scrubbier than a product I currently use which is the daily microfoliant. As apparently it dries my skin out.
Any other recommendations? I have sensitive combination skin.

Since u've sensitive skin,i wouldnt think u need anything particularly scrubby.I think Dermalogica daily microfoliant is brilliant but i only use it weekly.Speaking of creamier/scrubbier though,Clarins gentle exfoliating refiner sounds ideal for u and it doesnt irritate my v sensitive skin.Hope it helps;)

I second the Clarins Gentle Exfoliating Refiner. I have sensitive skin and this doesnt irritate it at all. Skin feels smoother and looks brighter.

Perhaps a bit more omph(!) than microfoliant as it doesn't seem to remove flakey bits particularly on my nose and chin.
I'm a bit weary of Clarins, had a bad reaction to some of the products. Was thinking about Lush's angels on bare skin?

i have flaky bits on my nose--really bad ones and to be honest i don't think any manual exfoliator can ever get rid of that,in my case it hasn't!
Im rather surprised to hear that u had reaction to clarins,ur the first i know!
As for LUSh angel's on bare skin,i think its great, making skin really smooth in general but i only i used it before my skin turned sensitive. The granules are rather big(the almond shells) and it may be too abrasive for u depending on how sensitive ur skin is.However if u do like it,i wouldn't say to use it everyday like it is recommended for.
Hope it helps cosmetic_junkie;)
