Question:
Cosmetic returns to Boots?
Does anyone know what Boots policy is on cosmetic returns? I bought a couple of Benefit things for my sister for Christmas, not realizing that I'd actually already bought her a present. I'm useless I know...
I only bought them today but probably won't get a chance to return them until after Christmas. They don't have any kind of plastic seal or anything but you can tell by looking (they're pencils) they've not been used.
Will they refund me? Or should I just stick them on ebay? How much does Benefit go for on ebay?
TIA, a very stupid Popoki...
me and a mate tried to retrun benefit stuff to their counter once. She said she could do it wih a reciept.
oooh thanks. I just checked the back of the receipt and it says no returns on cosmetics, but I suppose it's worth a try. :cmdunno:
Take it to the benefit counter, not the boots counter
I tried to return a Rimmel bronzer once, clearly not used and with receipt, but they were having none of it. But I did get a full refund on a moisturiser from the Estee Lauder counter (which I had used & just didn't like). So it seems they're more amenable at the actual brand counters :)
