Question:
Skin changing from dry to oily!
I have had dry skin for a few years now. I've been using Dermalogica Ultra Calming Cleanser and Intensive Moisture Balance which has suited me fine.
In the last few weekd, my skin has become oilier. It's usually quite oily by the end of the day. I have no idea why it's changed.
Can anyone please suggest a skin care line that might help me tackle this problem? I've also got mega sensitive skin and I'm prone to spots.
This has happened to me over the last few months. I hit SpaceNK & asked for some samples & in the bag was Caudalie Vinopure moisturiser. After trying loads of different brands lately, this has been the best. It keeps the oilies away almost for a whole day & overnight if I use it before bed.
I tried samples from the new range that Clarins brought out for oily skin recently & they weren't a patch on the Caudalie. I do use the Clarins mineral sunscreen over the Caudalie during the day, though, & that seems to mattify well, too.
The only other excellent oil control product I can suggest is OC8 but my local Boots no longer stock this & it's a hassle to buy online (my postcode must be the parcel equivilent of the Bermuda Triangle ).
hi,i think you should stick to dermalogica as all the products are non comedogenic and water soluble making them perfect for difficult skin.I think you should ask a trained dermalogica therapist for some advice, maybe you just need to add something to your routine like daily microfoliant,or just change it around a little.
Heres a link to a good website where you can purchase cheap dermalogica and get proffessional advice too

i hope this helps,Jo
