microdermabrasion
Hi girlies, was wondering if any body knows anything about microdermabrasion, have been trying to search out some info but not really getting any clearer on the subject...basically I want to know whether there are different types of microdermasion(ie;different crystals used/strength etc) Has anyone tried and and how was it? I am really keen on the idea as have nightmare skin! Also if there are different types which is most effective etc?

if anyone has any recommendations of where to go to get microdermabrasion done in London, that would be good too! As cheap as possible, and not done by some overenthusiastic fool who ends up rubbing all your skin away...!
