Question:
red bumps on upper arms
im not sure what they are or what causes them but i have unsightly red bumps on the backs of my upper arms, i also have similar ones at the tops of my thighs which i assumed were ingrown hairs but i don't shave my arms so i dont know what these ones are! if anyone can give me any tips on how to get rid of them i would be very grateful :)
How often do you exfoliate?...i would suggest a good body brush with an exfoliating scrub.

WSS. Exfoliate regularly and use a good body lotion and it should clear up :)
These are usually caused because of blocked pores on the arms. There is a special name but can't remember what it is!
Over the last week I have been using a product from lookgr8.co.uk
Glycolic Acid 12% Body Lotion
It has really helped so far but think it will take a couple of weeks before they completely disappear.
It sounds like that KP thing (can't remember the exact words for it :o :uzzle: ) I get it on the backs of my arms - what I find really helps is to exfoliate regularly (I love Loreal Exfotonic scrub) and then use an AHA body lotion - Palmers Cocoa Butter in the green bottle with AHA/BHA's is the best - it really stinks but it does the job of smoothing the skin really well :great:
