Eve Lom
Hey everyone
I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice about the Eve Lom cleanser. I bought it yesterday, following the advice of a Space NK sales guy, who said it would really help clear up my skin. (I've been getting lots of break outs recently, and my skin is quite oily). I used it last night and this morning, and my skin does already feel a bit more mattified and comfortable, but i'm not sure whether you're supposed to use it both morning and evening, or use a different cleanser in the morning. Also, in the leaflet it comes with, it says that you shouldn't wear moisturiser as well if you're skin is oily or prone to breakouts, but i'm not sure that's a very good idea, especially in summer because of SPFs being in moisturisers etc.
Sorry this has beome such a long post, but any advice / opinions would be really appreciated! :)

When I use mine I use it around 3 times a week and I still dab moisturiser on. I can't apply makeup to unmoisturised skin.
ok well I used the eve lom cleanser and gave up on it (you sound liek you have my type of skin :) ) and found it dried up some areas of my face but didn't really stop the breakouts. I since discovered Yonka Lait Nettoyant Cleansing lotion (wash off) after someone on here reccommended it to me and it is now my HG cleanser! You do use a muslin cloth with the Yonka cleanser too but i find it gives me wonderful smooth satiny skin and my breakouts have cleared up, without leaving my skin dry. (It takes off my eye makeup too).
I used Eve Lom a year ago to help with my breakouts and I'd have to say, it didn't really help in that department but hopefully, it will work better for you.
I used it morning and night and I always applied moisturiser afterwards as I have dry cheeks as well as an oily t-zone.
Sophisticate, I've always wanted to try the Yonka skincare range as I've heard lots of good reviews on it. Can I ask where you buy them from?

I got my Yonka cleanser from www.hqhair.com and it has lasted me for months (I still havn't managed to get ha;f way through it, so a little goes a long way).
