St Tropez self tan lotion - Cant notice it?
Question:

St Tropez self tan lotion - Cant notice it?
I bought a St Tropez kit, and I applied a mini test patch on my stomach, it showed up within first four hours - nothing dark but semi noticable. Once I showered in the morning, you couldnt even see anything?

I was informed this tan was meant to come up dead dark? :cmdunno:

Was it the actual lotion or the mousse? I have the mousse and to be honest I've stopped using it.Even after leaving it on all night it still isn't very dark. I've given up with fake tans! Sorry,I've been no help at all have I!!:cmdunno:

It's the lotion. I posted about it the other day and was told it would be very dark, so was dead warey about using it, now I'm just gutted! Going to apply it properly today, plenty of it, hopefully it will show a bit darker by tomorrow. I cant understand why its raved about if it doesnt show up? :cmdunno: Cant help but think I've bought a fud pack!

I got a small kit from Boots last year, and was not impressed at all. I had to do my face 3 times before I could see any difference.
I'm using the Nutrisummer Mist now, which I love.

I find if i put too much moisturiser on it can weaken the effect.
I use the mousse and it comes out a good colour on me. I moisturise the morning of application on the night.
Slap it on all over and be generous, being sparing with fake tan is never a good thing but just remember to rub rub rub!
