eye lash tints
hi everyone
I am getting my eyes lashes tinted 10 days before I go on holiday. I've never had it done before but don't want to be messing around with much make up when im away!
The lady in the shop says it last about 4 weeks. Has anyone had this done? Does the colour start to fade at all? should I have imine done a bit closer to my holiday or will ten days before be ok?

In my experience they never last as long as they say they will! The most I've ever gotten out of them is 2 weeks so I would leave it until as late as possible before you go on holidays.

id have it done a few days before, just in case you get any redness or puffiness then you have a few days for that to calm down. this can occur even if you have had a patch test as obviously the skin around your eyes is more sensitive than the rest of your skin.
presumably they are going to do a patch test first - if they dont, then thats a warning sign. if they dont offer a patch test, dont go there for you eyelashes doing - go somewhere else.

I have had this done too, it is supposed to last 4-6 weeks but it doesn't, mine lasted 2- 3 weeks. Also when you get it done it stings your eyes a bit whilst the tint is taking effect - this only lasts for about 5 minutes though.

Mine lasts ages - I only do them every 6 weeks. It doesn't fade, the old eyelashes just drop out, leaving much fairer new ones.
