Ebay help - how to close dispute?
ekkk i opened an Unpaid Dispute today and the buyer has contacted me to apologise and paid
How do I close it?
On the dispute thread you should be able to open it and follow the links to say you are happy with the outcome.

It'll tell you how to close it, bascially if your buyer's paid by Pay Pal the dispute is closed automatically.
if they've paid by various other means, you have to close it yourself, by going to your 'dispute console' and choosing a method by which to close the dispute.
