Question:
hair removal question
i'm currently at my wit's end trying to find an effective way of ridding myself of my pubic hair. any tips? i've tried shaving (can't stand the fact i have to chave every couple of days to stay smooth and because of my slow growth there i can't get a nice clean shave unless i leave it a week between shaves and the stubble on the days in between annoys me), epilating (too patchy and doesn't work on the whole area), creams (they stink and don't work). i know there's always waxing but the places near me that do bikini waxing only do bikini line not the whole job. if anyone knows of an effective and fairly cheap (i'm a poor student after all) way to get the job done i'd be grateful.
To be honest, I think you've covered the options...
I think waxing really is the best bet for that area, and I wouldn't try to do it yourself (much less painful to go to a salon). It's not that cheap, but there really aren't many alternatives if you don't like shaving...Surely there is somewhere that isn't too far away that does Brazilians? Where are you based?
I use Nad's hair removing gel. It's sugar based, and doesn't need heating up. Can be painful and a little awkward to get to all the hair, but if you take it slowly (sometimes I do some then continue the next night) it can be pretty good. Can take a while til you really get used to it.
Professional waxing is great! But very expensive :(

based in the middle of nowhere in west yorkshire, currently travelling to work in a hospital in the middle of nowhere for my placements and huddersfield for university. i can get to places like leeds and huddersfield with reletively no problem provided i've a free day or at least morning/afternoon to get a waxing done.
You'll find most salons in larger towns offer Brazilians.
