Mac Eye Primer?
Question:

Mac Eye Primer?
  Hiya all
I'm a dedicated and self-confessed MAC addict, it scares me how much I've amassed eye shadow wise but I'm never stuck for colours to match my clothes!
Only prob is when I use eyeshadow by the end of the day its pretty much disappeared even if I use the primer underneath. My eyelids tend to be more dry before I apply my make-up rather than oily, does anyone have this problem or any combat suggestions?
Also a MAC salesperson recommended using baby oil to remove the super tough eyeliner (that stuff never comes off!) and I'm well impressed, thought I'd pass that tip on. I've only been using that one a couple of days though so thats nothing to do with the shadow wearing off thing.
thanks lovelies

Hi
I'm a MAC addict too! Have you tried Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion? I'm pretty sure that most other people on here will recommend it to you. It's one of the few products that actually does what it says it will, it keeps eyeshadow on and looking perfect all day. I've tried other eyeshadow primers, although I haven't tried the MAC one, and none of them are anything like as good as the UD one.

I've been using the Origins Underwear for Lids and that works but it's in a stick form and mine broke because it was so soft. I was going to buy a MAC one but my shade was out of stock online. If UD is the best though, I'll get one of those. IS UD being discontinued, or am I making that up?

I've got the MAC one. I have quite oily skin and I don't think it helps keep the eyeshadow on particularly well for metbh - but it is a lovely texture and gives a really nice base.
If you had not such oily skin it'd probably do the trick. But u get a huge pot and I can see it lasting for ages.
