Question:
Today I've been to Space N.K. (for the first time!)
Yes ladies, I have finally visited Space N.K. (for those fellow Bristolian Baggers amongst us-I made it up the huuuuge hill :D).
I was a bit naughty, and er...spent money :o
It was the Stila counter that did it.
I bought Stila Convertible in 'lillium' and two eyeshaodws (and pans) in cloud (an absolutely stunning silvery/white sparkling eyeshadow) and shore, a sparkling gun metal grey. Not big sparkles at all, more shimmery.
I was amazed by how gorgeous the colours are.
I was also going to buy a lip glaze in 'Passion Fruit' , but the SA said that it may have been discontinued . She was so unbelievably helpful, I said 'no it's fine, I'll just take the converitble and eyeshadows'. But she even checked the discountinued list and came to the conclusion that it was just out of stock.
I assured her I'd pop by some other time and see if it was in.
Just as I was going to walk out she came rushing up to me, holding out the tester, and said 'this is only going to get put back in the stock room, so you're more than welcome to have it'.
I was bowled over! Such a generous gesture, and great customer service/PR :great:
Am sooo thrilled with my mini haul. Looks like Stila could be a new favourite brand of mine :cool:
Ohhh MissBean, I have always wanted to visit Space NK! I've walked past a few stores in London, but just never managed to walk through the door. :o
I've never tried Stila products, but I've wanted to. I read an interview with the creator of Stila products, and she seems like such a lovely person, and the packaging is sooo cute!
Sounds like you've got a good haul there! And that SA sounds like a really good SA! I wish I had service like that! :)

You're right the packaging is sooo pretty :lovegrin: I love how the eyeshadow pans are now magnetic, so cool!
And as for the SA, I know! She was fantastic, and very friendly too, definitely gave me a very good impression of the store too.

Glad you had a great experience at Space NK Jen :). I wish the SAs at the bluewater branch were that helpful! I always spend loads in there and they never give me samples :boohoo: . Am going next week though and I will be heading straight to the stila department! Please let me know what the stila convertibles are like as Im sure whether to get one! The eyeshadows sound fab. Another thing to add to my huge list. Bad Miss Bean :nono:
