Question:
Bobby Brown going to be at Selfridges -27th June !
I just recieved this email:
On the morning of Wednesday 27th June, Bobbi Brown will be making a rare appearance over a limited time in Selfridges, Oxford Street, where she will be meeting customers and signing copies of her new book - Living Beauty. Brown says, "Living Beauty is about creating a new idea, a new reality and a new aspiration for yourself".
During that same week Bobbi will be joined at Selfridges by her elite global Beauty Team, who will be on hand to offer customers the very best makeup advice during their bespoke makeup lesson with one of Bobbi's professional makeup artists.
The Bobbi Brown Beauty Team is an elite group of makeup artists hand-selected and trained by Bobbi Brown. Each shares her philosophy and artistry skills-they are an extension of Bobbi herself. Beauty Team's mission is to teach customers how to be their own beauty experts and to educate Bobbi Brown makeup artists around the world. This seasoned crew works closely with Bobbi at personal appearances, fashion shows, editorial shoots, seasonal ad campaigns, celebrity events and intensive seasonal trainings.
Bookings for this exclusive event will open at 9am on Friday 1st June. To secure your unique opportunity to meet Bobbi or book for a Makeup Lesson with one of her professional makeup artists during the Beauty Team event please call Bobbi Brown at Selfridges on 0207 318 3468.
For the limited number of bookings to meet with Bobbi, there will be a booking fee of £100. This will include a personally signed copy of Living Beauty and £80 of the fee will be redeemable against Bobbi Brown products in Selfridges at the time of the appointment.
All other bookings during the event will be complimentary.
Thought I'd let you girls know ! I might pop along if I'm not busy !:D But £100 to meet her....... but the £80 is redeeemable...but still......
That sounds really good lil, £100 though
I guess if it's redeemable that's not so bad.
Do you think you will go?
:)
Sorry but I'd never pay £100 just to have her spend 20 mins on my face and then have to buy BB goods that I might not even like!
What's so special about her application that the normal SA's that are stood on her counter can't do - for free!
i wouldn't mind paying up to £50 but i can't justify £100 even if it is redeemable, I just can't see that i'd spent so much on Bobbi Brown stuff full price (normally get it off ebay), and I think the normal SA's on the Bobbi Brown counters do just as good a job as what she would do (I went to John Lewis in oxford Street and got them to do a natural make-up look on me which turned out lovely)

 OC ! I duuno yet, might pop over to see they hype if I'm around the area, but I wont be putting it in my dairy ! Certainly not for £100 either...I like some of her products, but nothing warrants the £100 price tag.
