MAC Studio Finish Concealer
Question:

MAC Studio Finish Concealer
I've been having a lot of trouble finding a concealer that matches my skin tone so I'm now thinking about trying a MAC one as they have so many shades. Has anyone here used Studio Finish? I want one for covering blemishes, is it good for that?

Answers:

I used studio finish and love it :great: It's especially good for blemishes and if an under eye cream is used before hand it's fab for dark circles.

Hi hb21
I quite liked the mac studio finish while I used it but have since moved onto the Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage which I have found is my HG concealer - I am in love!! I found the MAC one good for covering blemishes but a little bit to creamy and just sort of slid off as I blended it in. The LM one is a bit thicker consistancy and therefore I can build up the coverage better over my angry red spots. The SA also told me that it will cover up tatoos so must be good!
The MAC one does come in more colours though, but the LM one has two colours in the box so you mix them together - I find the colour so much better than the MAC ones. I tried NW 20, NW 30 and NC 30! Everytime I went in they told me a different colour so ended up with all 3.
They sell it at Space NK if you don't have a counter near you. I would recommend it to anyone who wants an amazing concealer to cover up spots!! :D :D :D

Thanks guys it sounds really good! That Laura Mercier one sounds brilliant too Lauz but I don't live anywhere near a counter or a SpaceNK. I might get the MAC one and then try out the Laura Mercier when I next go shopping in a big city!
