Refund on mascara?

Refund on mascara?
I bought the new Rimmel Waterproof MAscara on the weekend and thin it's cra. My lashes are no thicker and certainly no longer. Will Superdrug give me refund you think? I have still got the receipt...

I would write to Rimmel myself, send your receipt and tell them you were disappointed. I wouldn't think the shop would give you a refund just because you didn't like it, shops normally only give refunds if the product is damaged :)
