microdermabrasion
Question:

microdermabrasion
  Hi there
Has anyone had this done? I've got oily, sort of clogged up skin and it really needs some tlc ... do you think one session would make a difference or do you really need to take a course?
Also, any recommendations for salons in Dublin?
Cheers!! :)

I havnt been to a salon i have tried the home microdermabrasion kits and I have found that it has been very good for my skin, making it smooth and soft

The L'Oreal kit is very good; I'd recommend that. I don't like the No 7 so much - too coarse and scratchy.

I have the home kit as well, mines by Neutrogena. I was planning on have a course of microdermabrasion at a salon however this has worked so well that I'm happy to just continue with this.

I had it done at a salon a couple of years ago and I was very happy with the results. My skin was very smooth and clear for months afterwards. I think I had it done 3-4 times, once a week. I'd have it done every 6 months or so if it wasn't so expensive. :cmdunno:
I've tried to keep it up with microdermabrasion cloths and although they're good, too, it's not like the salon treatment.
