Facial Scrubs

How often do you use your facial scrub. Just curious really as to what others do.

I use a light facial scrub every day - in the morning to brighten up my skin. I use Clarins gentle exfoliator with orange extract which i find really light and more soapy than anything else.
Once a week i use a a harsher facial scrub instead. you should exfoliate twice a week - but i think it always depends on the scrub that you actually use as well.
I use a light one (St Ives) daily.
I use Olay thermal skin polisher every morning as its not too heavy.
I use my dermalogica daily microfoliant everyday as it is designed for daily use.
