Question:
Moisturiser Recs
Ok ladies I'm beginning to see the first sign of aging on my skin so I need some recs on both day and night moisurisers. Up till now I've been using just regular Simple products and don't want to have to spend a fortune on these things but obviously I'm willing to shell out for decent products.
I'm 28, I smoke (naughty naughty I know  ) and drink fairly regularly (i'm a beauty therapist worst nightmare :o ) and I'm beginning to get a few wrinkles round my eyes and I've got one line on my forehead.
So whatd'ya reckon!
I'm 28, too, and I've been using Dermalogica for a couple of years now. They have lots of different products so you can find what suits your skin. I love their Anti-bac skin wash, toner for sensitive skin (also good if you smoke), Active Moist moisturiser or the one with SPF15 (Sheer moisture).
Dermalogica has sorted out all my previous skin problems and I'd never go back to my old products anymore.
I quite like the Nivea range, I use their light daily moisturiser and I don't bother with a night cream. I'm 41 but I don't smoke and my skin is in quite good condition.
I've also tried their Q10 anti wrinkle cream, they have a day cream and a night cream. They're supposed to be for 40-50 age range and I found them a bit heavy, personally, and they made my eyes water as my skin is quite sensitive but they get consistently good reviews.
You don't need anything specialised - a skincare regime rich in Vitamin E to protect and Vitamin C to repair will sort you out.
An example of a regime would be (all TBS products):
Vitamin E cleanser
Vitamin E toner
(Weekly)Vitamin C Micro Refiner
Vitamin E day cream
Vitamin C skin boost (20% vitamin C, put over moisturiser for added radiance and it is light diffusing to minimise the appearance of imperfections)
Vitamin E nourishing night cream
I know Boots, Superdrug and Virgin Vie all do Vitamin E ranges, and most do Vitamin C ranges too.

Hi Munchkin
You might want to check out all the debate there has been on No 7 Protect & Perfect. If I'd met you at a No 7 counter, I would definitely be recommending you add this into your routine, along with a good SPF moisturiser, which you could beef up to one that had some effect on the first signs of ageing.
And I'd see if you were thinking of giving up the fags, as you know probably more than most of us that that would be the best thing you could do for your skin!
Cheers
Helen
