Question:
I think I'm getting a double chin !!!

Do any of you kind souls have any tips on how I can put a stop to this, all gratefully received.

i have a bit of "sag" going on under the chin, which i really don't understand, im pretty slim but there's just this overhang! lol
have you tried using a neck cream?
when applying, look to the ceiling, start at the bottom of the neck and rub it upwards toward the chin
it'll keep the skin supple but (and i mean this without sounding cheeky and please dont think i am) it depends on ur weight
(again i know this sounds stupid but i avoid looking down! like when walking or on computers, i did say it sounded stupid!)
i really need some neck and chin exercises to firm up the area too - am not overweight as such am a size 10 5ft but sometimes it looks like i have a doubl chin starting sometimes it doesnt!?
have heard of facial exercises before but have no idea which ones are best
Unfortunately some people do put weight on on their face even if they're slim everywhere else.
The neck cream idea is good, maybe get a firming one.
Also, if you have too many/too thick pillows this can apparently create a double chin, so maybe have just one pillow at night if you don't already.

:eek: Wow!! I've always slept on 2 pillows and never knew that could cause it. Nevertheless I shall start sleeping on 1 and see what happens.
