Question:
How do you fund your beauty products/treatments?
I was wondering as Mr CB spent £82 on my new Elemis stuff, and if it works for me I'll be buying it again, but am wondering how the heck I'll pay for it!
I know it probably wont all run out at the same time, but already I want the S.O.S cream and the night cream. Eeeek.
One of my Mum's colleagues is a senior manager and earns a lot of money, but she has a change jar where she puts all her spare change and then every month treats her self to some Molton Brown goodies. I was thinking I might do the same, every month just stock up on one pricey item.
So, any of you baggers have any tips? Or do you just go and think "what the heck" and blow a small fortune on your fave products?

I'm more of a "what the heck" kinda girl, just can't resist temptation and end up buying products I don't really need! Am a sucker for good bargains though :o
I'm also a 'what the heck' kinda girl, especially if it's going cheap, or there's a GWP!! But, i'm trying not to get anymore lipglosses, lipsticks or blushers as i have more than enough for me and the entire street!:o
My wages fund my make up :D
OK, technically it's the very lovely Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Coporation and their overdraft that they've seen fit to give me ;)
I'm the same as both of you- I just buy whatever I feel like, I don't put money aside especially. Although, I probably should :o
Hey carlabarbie,
Elemis products are very good quality, and last a long time, as you only need to use a little bit. So fo me, they are worht every penny.
My wages fund my skincare/ beauty purchases.
Generally though, I will buy shower stuff/ toothpaste/ mouthwash/ shampoo & conditioner etc only when it's 3 for 2 or BOGOF in Boots (which is quite often) The savings go on high-end brand purchases So, it's a win win situation for me :D
I really try hard to budget and stick to it per month. I'm doing quite well, thanks to ebay :D
